Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after they ship. Some items ship from our U.S. warehouse and may arrive sooner. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.

Shipping costs

Enjoy free shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts). For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at info@cleanslateclothing.com and we'll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. If an item arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
